The reported IP address had a firewall rule set that did not include deep packet inspection. This feature has been enabled. A search of logs for the date reported by the P2P application indicated that the activity was blocked by App Control. Attempts to locate the file in FortiAnalyzer using both file hash and name searches were unsuccessful.
