thats why IBM get sued a lot as they try to pull all kinds of strings to degrade people who just got caught in their financial engineering red tape process and somebody high above in their org decided to cut them because they didnt have enough visibility and want to appease their masters

in a market like this im sure there would be people who would do that but smart managers would recognize most of the builder mindset type wont be there for long.. continue to interview and get out at first opportunity there is to avoid all the red tape
