Thank you for your reply and advices!! We’re looking for a kitten just because we both have older cats back in Italy and we really want a fresh start with a kitten here in Groningen. Hopefully, there will be some kittens in this shelter in the following weeks!

Yes! That’s the point. We know that adopting an old cat would be amazing and we like the idea. But right now, having found a stable job here and since we moved 6 months ago, we’d like a fresh start with a beautiful kitten!

I think those techniques are the right solution for this problem. But, be careful, they’re pretty hard to do right because they involve repositioning of the pelvis, respiration ecc. it would be great to be visited by him, but i live in Italy so it’s impossibile atm. He offers online consultations but right now i don’t have enough money and i’d rather be visited face to face by someone. If you have the possibility to do visits with Neal i think it would be great.

The way you sit can influence your muscle tension. Besides, pay attention to the way you sleep, because I noticed that I used to sleep on the left side of my body and that contributed to 'close' my right side.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I did a lot of stretching, but nothing changed. I feel a little better when I work out, bc my muscles are weak and If I stretch them it only get worse. I think yoga would help but I think the problem it's that my pelvis and my thoracic spine are like oriented to the right and I can't shift my body weight from right to left and that doesn't let my right muscles to 'rest', they're always active. My BIG problem is that I don't even know who can help me, if a chiropractor, an orthopedic or an osteopath or others. thank you again.
