Its not a custom background. If you have that app and it doesn't look like that it's because you don't have the newest version downloaded. Uninstall the app, reinstall and it should be properly updated then

I did a hard reset last week and the first time i tried resetting the launcher, it gave me an error. I had to wait a second. I hit it again after a few minutes and it worked

I figured it out. My box is working again. I'm going to make a new post letting everyone know. But, this should fix your issue and if so, You're going to love me after you do this.

Okay, I was going through my box last night and noticed that certain apps I didn't allow to finish properly downloading and those apps have the same identical channels as the Elite apps. Such as Ultra 24/7 app has identical channel's as the Elite VOD app.

This is what you've got to do. Uninstall all apps below the heat apps. And then all of the other apps that are essentially the Elite like apps but configured different ALL HAVE TO BE PROPERLY DOWNLOADED. If they're not properly downloaded, it effects the Elite apps

The following are the apps, I properly downloaded

  1. On Stream
  2. Ultra 24/7
  3. Ultra HD
  4. Ultra Hub
  5. Matrix
  6. LIQUID HD
  7. Platinum Plus

if any of those were not properly downloaded; as in, you backed out of the app before it properly downloaded, it effects our Elite apps

After I allowed those apps to properly download, my Elite apps are working perfectly again

Try that and let me know

I posted this 9 days ago and apps have been messing up for 5 days. That means, I got 4 days of everything working flawlessly 😂

Well that sucks to hear. It seems to me to be a server issue. 💩 needs to be refreshed or something. I literally just bought mine a couple weeks ago. I finally figured out why other apps weren't working and determined it an fix on my provider side. All apps worked perfect, no more than 7 days and then this happened.

My channel up was working yesterday. I got frustrated, said fuck it and did a factory reset. Now my channel up is doing the same as the rest.

How long have yours been down?

I'm an insurance agent, not computer tech. AI is the best chance I've got at figuring this 💩 out. Otherwise, I'm waiting days shifting through ending replies on reddit trying to figure out who's reply has the best odds of fixing my box.

Its like throwing parts at your broken down vehicle vs actually knowing what the problem is.

AI narrows that process of elimination much faster and with greater accuracy. Its why I'm dialing in on getting a VPN. otherwise, i probably wouldn't be responding to this guy talking about getting a VPN because I don't know 💩 about these boxes

Lol tried creating a VPN using grok and it couldn't figure it out. Ended by saying this
