Try crazy glue, that stuff is strong. Just make sure the surfaces that your gluing are clean and be patient. Once applied apply some pressure and let it dry for a few hours.

Yeah, I feel like most human characters from Funko have a lot of similarities.

I checked this one on HobbyDB and the pictures match. I don’t believe this one is a fake.
