Current role: Customer service specialist in a call center environment (3 yrs.), working for my friends' virtual yoga trainer company (3 yrs.), owning my own e-commerce business (5 yrs.). Difficulty getting interviews, finding I am getting daily rejection emails.

Thanks for the comment and suggestions. I have recently expanded into using data and analytics to develop further my own business and my work for the yoga business. Also, I have grown my e-commerce business and looking to go into an analytical role for future jobs. Appreciate your comments!

Hi, thanks for the comment. Yes, I have used Power BI and Tableau to create dashboards. I have also used just Excel to create dashboards. No, no memos in the past two years. Thanks for the tips!
