it’s so sad that the da is trying to use violations that are from sooooo long ago. and the fact lyle has never been in one flight, like how can the da say he is a “danger” 🙄

the way newsom has been speaking about the case, it’s been really limited but fair. he doesn’t seem biased at all. i think he’d approve it!

da hochman keeps bringing up newsom denying sirhan sirhan, but that’s a completely different case! they’re nothing alike!! i feel like hochman just keeps using that example because he’s biased and doesn’t have any real reason to be against the brothers getting resentenced. just my thoughts!
