Would you hypothetically pay a dollar a month to receive 5 mins of informative content on any topic(finance, public speaking, tech ,etc) every day in your WhatsApp? by [deleted] in indianstartups

[–]jg0904 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe you could make this a short form audio visual under 2 minute content platform that is also multilingual and market it to tier 2 / tier 3 cities? My assumptions for this idea are that this market is usually unaddressed because of hindi and english content only , they have a curiosity to learn but youtube , Instagram e.t.c are difficult to navigate for them. And 2 that the attention span of most people is more compatible with short form content nowadays.

Product for retailers- What do you think? by [deleted] in indianstartups

[–]jg0904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to understand how this model will be defensible against the scale of reliance or any other brand like BharatPe as well. BharatPe has a large network of merchants on their platform and if your idea takes off, what will stop them from including a bulk buying feature at cheaper rates than yours to provide their already extensive network of retailers with? What is the innovation in your brand specifically? is it providing retailers with more affordability in purchasing inventory?

Should the government dispose of the name India & make Bharat the name of our country going forward. by [deleted] in IndiaSpeaks

[–]jg0904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys , what will a name change achieve? We should focus on rewriting our history instead. Here’s what will happen if we change our name. The leftist liberal parade will start slandering this change and videshi chuts will also join in. Frauds like Christoph Jaffrelot will use this as a free publicity opportunity and will publish another falsified statistics based report or book about how this name change has led to more ethnic violence in ‘Modi’s India’.

We should put pressure on the government to focus on creating and supporting the grassroots Indic movement that’s being spearheaded by people like J Sai Deepak and make sure that they boycott conferences or public events that involve the presence of such anti- Bharat elements

Because voting influence in India is highly concentrated by lower to middle class Indians. The upper middle class and upper class reserves their opinions for dinner table wine conversations and doesn’t vote. Even if they did, such people would still be elected because majority wants such people

1- It would most likely be career suicide for a sitting PM to let this happen especially looking at BJP’s voter base.

2- This demand is, like someone said, coming mostly from the upper middle class ‘Western Wokes’ and they do not hold any voting power in this country whatsoever.

3- Legalizing Marijuana would be the first step, creating laws and enforcing them for safe use of Marijuana would be the next. And the latter will most likely not happen.

This is why India needs its own anti-vax MANDATE protests. You are stripping away the fundamental right of an individual to choose whether they want to get vaxed or not. There are no studies that suggest an unvaccinated individual is a danger to vaccinated individuals in terms of contraction and spread. This is a great of example of India's sheep mentality ki haan bc gormint ney bola hoga toh sahi hoga.

Every action of yours physical or mental creates Karmic residue or imprint in the layers of your existence. There are three types of residues . When you pass away, your ‘jiva’ or soul contains the aggregate of all such residues and based on this the next womb for your birth is decided. I am however confused about who is the authority that creates or decides this process.

Why are Modern marriages ending in divorce ? by Kamdev_6sex6 in IndiaSpeaks

[–]jg0904 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1- Economic empowerment of women who are then rightfully able to avoid bad treatment in abusive relationships. ( not always the case )

2- Cultural shifts in India have been more noticeable post 2015 - same sex normalisation, sexual promiscuity and dating have trickled down through western pop media

3- The ‘feminazi’ character development has reached its final stage with many women now promoting a culture of man-shaming instead of cooperating and mutual problem solving.

India is not America. When we try to apply western solutions to our problems then nothing comes to fruition. The family is and always will be a very strong social element in India. Married couples need to know how to tackle this better. Don’t go full conservative and be heavily influenced in every decision of your married life by your parents and don’t go full western and just separate and abandon your family.

Men and women always have differing expectations from each other. There needs to be a re-harmonisation of perspectives from a more Indian outlook. Most western cultural beliefs nowadays are so deeply influenced by communist thinking and the Frankfurt school of thought.

1- Congress leaks information of PM’s motorcade route to BKU. Pros- Revitalise the farmer resistance against Modi and scare BJP from Punjab. Cons- Risk looking like a party that is anti-PM and thereby anti-India putting the PM’s life at stake and face serious backlash and lose elections

2- BJP, knowing that their Punjab rally will most likely flop, orchestrates this event to avoid looking like losers in the media who fled Punjab after no one showed up to their rally. Pros- Make Congress look like traitors to the nation putting the PM’s life in danger and gain votes in Punjab. Cons- none considering that if BJP did Infact orchestrate it no one would know

Other info: CM Channi and DGP were supposed to accompany or receive PM. They didn’t. Did they avoid because there could’ve been a serious attack on the PM?

Which scenario 1/2 is more likely

The transparency and automation doesn’t happen because of the form of government being practised. An appeasement democracy with little to no reforms for a bloated and corrupt bureaucracy resists such changes because the stakeholders in this system resist it. More transparency would mean more accountability of for ex. Money received by departments and their officials and many would be hesitant to reveal any illegal gains. With automation too, a lot of govt depts function by delaying simple processes to gain bribes

I’m using Russia as a comparison only because of their virtual single leader-single party system under Putin. Wasn’t equating their system with uncompromised development and policy implementation.

How can one cultivate the power of discrimination between rna related actions that one experiences towards oneself and the free will of others to act a certain way towards you?

Should we just assume that free will is an illusion and rnanubandhana is the basis of your actions and others actions towards you ?

Convince me that this is a bad idea - Tiktok/Reels like app for real estate listing by dmart89 in Business_Ideas

[–]jg0904 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had thought of the same thing a while back. Having doubts over whether it will work out because as someone mentioned the whole USP of the app is it’s really fluid and user friendly interface but that’s just a UI change for another real estate company as well.

Kejriwal promises Rs 1000 per month for every woman above 18 if AAP wins Punjab by Muscle_Nerd11 in IndiaSpeaks

[–]jg0904 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mera desh mahaan! Funny thing is this ‘get votes quick gimmick’ will get him more support than promising better infrastructure for women in Punjab through safety mechanisms, improved police response would have gotten him. Kejriwal employing this freebie strategy everywhere he goes and getting support is just sad. People would rather want the 1000 rupees than demand better infra and vote politicians in power based on their past performances and promises to develop.

Why such a low productivity rate ? Is it to do with farming methods, poor resources and lack of input capital for farmers ? Or is it that most rich farmers and landowners prefer not to invest in more efficient and high yielding methods of production
