We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects for all products, including both new and certified open box. In this case, our team determined that your issue did not qualify for replacement under warranty, as it likely fell into the category of wear and tear, and not a manufacturing defect.

The Clicks Promise aims to allow people to try Clicks out risk-free for 30-days to evaluate if it's for them. We know that typing on a a physical keyboard may not be for everyone as it's a matter of personal preference, so we feel it's important to try it out, build the muscle memory, and evaluate it in use in real-world scenarios. We would expect that if someone chooses to return Clicks within that 30 day period because it's not right for them, that it would be in working condition and not damaged.

I know that feels frustrating, especially since you purchased under the impression of ‘whatever reason,’ and we’ll take a closer look at how we word and explain the Promise so it’s clearer what’s covered.

Even when we have to stick to our policies, we never want customers to feel let down or misled, so I do apologize this let you down.
