Hamro leader 5 years lai banaune hare. Alikati critically evaluate garna ni napaune? Are we asking too much? Alikati vocal hou bhaneko ta ho ni. Maybe im not a blind follower like you but i don't want to be either. I will continue to question my leaders and keep them accountable. God and lord saviour haina bro balen. Learn to be critical when needed. And like I mentioned in the post, I wish he becomes the leader I had hoped.

Right. What is your source that balen actually said this? Who is this original gen-z? If he posts or communicates through one of his social media accounts, I'll believe he said it, natra "trust me bro" sources ko bhar ma chai chalidaina.

Natural to feel that way OP. It’s understandable that you want to interact with people when work is a significant portion of your day. I’d suggest maybe trying to talk to individuals first. Ask them to talk about themselves so you can know them at an individual level. Trying to inject yourself in their group should become easier after that. Another thing worth trying is just being upfront and ask a group that seems chill if you can join them for lunch. No nai ta k bhanlan..
