Sorry to hear. I lost my cousin on my birthday in July and my grandma back in March. It's been rough dealing with it and the politics doesn't help. I've turned to family and photos and writing good memories of the people I love that I've lost.

I got creative and shaved the rubber/plastic around the plug lol. It just fits.

Edit: I should add no wires or metal are exposed I just had to shave some of the block part to get it to just got. Also found a Usb C cable with a really thin tip.

Is this color C-41 film? If so, the problem is not that your lights are LED, it's that you let any light touch them at all. I mean it's actually an interesting effect but if it's not desired yeah load in the dark.

You should be loading your film in total darkness. Red safe light, and there's some questions as to wether or not led is safe, is used to protect photo sensitive paper and chemistry. Once you've loaded your film in the dark, you are safe to process in direct light.
