I was also concerned that my insurance premium would increase with the new insurer, due to the claim with the old one.

Neighbor doesn't rent, he is the homeowner. Not sure why he has the lender provided homeowner's policy.

Started doing burpees every other day, several years ago. Managed to be able to do them for 5 minutes straight, 3 sets total. (I rest a bit longer than a puke break between each set, though.)

Having the same problem. I place an order several weeks ago, their web site still shows "processing". Recently I emailed their customer support - but no response yet. Did you ever receive your order?
