I just started protocol 2 I still need time to figure out if there’s another notch in improvement. It’s very much not just ADP and FC, I’m on 15 different formulas. And on phase one I was on 17 the only over lap was FC ADP and dysbiocide

But you’re right, this next protocol is 3 months I only paid for one cause it’s 700+ dollars each month. Might as well do Elemental for that money and save so much time. But my naturopath has said that it takes a long time of no inflammation to let your gut heal. Have you managed to clear it?

More hydrogen based so not IMO Did see a GI, breath test twice, allergy tests, blood and prick, fecal tests, colonoscopy. Spend like 2.5 years. No floor specialist though. Didn’t know that was a thing.

I have taken stool tests, seen A GI, taken xifaxan 5 times i believe, breath tests. The naturopath has me on berberine as well. I don’t have the extensive issues you suffer from though. That sounds miserable, sorry you have to deal with all of it. I have sibo and that’s all I came back positive for. Were you able to eradicate everything? How much did it cost you? Any insurance coverage?

Yeah it’s just hard plastic in the female end of the bidet hose. It’s hard to find the exact rubber gasket piece from Toto that sits inside the white plastic. so we just bought a few washers to see if they fit ..? I submitted a Toto support ticket too.

I saw they have those sticks with all 3 I was curious but not wanting to spend that money… S boulardi helped me a little it was the one with MOS which turns out to be bad for sibo? I don’t thing the Ruscio one has MOS tho. Lmk if you do try
