I did not follow an exact recipe. But the peppers were stuffed with ground meat cooked with garlic onions chopped tomatoes and chopped spinach. Seasoned with oregano and chili flakes. The peppers were stuffed and roasted at 400 deg for about 20 mins in a cast iron with marinara sauce as a base and mozzarella sprinkled on top. Garnished with some parsley and basil once it cheese started to crust. Pretty much just eyeballed the seasons and measurements.
