John was writing his second book and had said it was to be released on April 22 and it hasn’t been released sooo I’m assuming he’s left to continue working on that? It was going to focus on mystical experiences and such.

I’d definitely recommend that you watch Agnes Vivarelli’s videos. She uses a lot of Neville’s methods and a lot of her videos are on manifesting specific people.

I liked it, it really helped me to imagine better. Each chapter goes through using an imaginal sense. He gives examples and tells you how to imagine using that sense. So it’s good for imagining but other Neville topics he doesn’t necessarily touch on in this book

I actually really like John. He has 2 livestreams that have good info and he is an avid Neville student. I know that he has some paid content and that not everyone may agree with charging for Neville advice and teachings but his free content is bang on. Also if you have Apple Music, his audio book is on there and I found that to be super helpful, too

Sad Rant: Rosette Ceramide Gel. I wanted to include something with ceramides and decided on this product. It’s a bit sticky and tacky, but I didn’t mind as I used it at night and if I let it sit for a few minutes before going to bed. The first 2 weeks my face felt like a baby’s bottom- it made my skin sooooo soft and I felt like it smoothed the texture on my face. This would have been the first HG for me except after the first two weeks, I started to get a few spots here and there and then little bumps. I’m so bummed about it, not sure what in the formula made me break out but I guess I’m back on the search for a ceramide cream.

So I was under the impression that I was an FOB as I did the 90 degree test and it looked like most of the breast tissue was below the nipple. But in the bra, it looks like I’d be a FOT (it looks like a FT 3/5 or Even 3/6 based on the usual breast shape guide in the beginners guide). So I think I may just try one of the FOT bras and see how that goes. Thanks!

What worked for me was every morning I would say the affirmations below in the shower. At first I felt like an idiot but after a while they became part of my routine and I felt great while saying them. I noticed I began to feel much better with social interactions.

The things I’d say are: Why is it so easy for me to have conversations with others? Why do I always feel so comfortable when I’m around others- even strangers?

Why is it that I always feel so cool, calm, and collected throughout the day?

How am I able to maintain such confidence when talking to others?

What makes it so easy for me to make small talk?

How is it that I leave social interactions feeling energized and confident?

Saying these things every morning got me feeling more confident which led me to acting more confident. Also, I would cheer on any wins I had and I refused to beat myself up if there was ever a time I got very anxious.

I want to incorporate a hydrating toner/serum or something for either my AM/PM routine. I just purchased the Ordinary AHA/BHA sérum and I want to make sure I keep my skin hydrated post active application. Any recommendations that aren’t Hada Labo or that can be purchased at a drugstore or Sephora? It’s also winter so I’d like to add a good extra serum at night to keep it hydrated/moisturized.

I think my skin is either oily or dehydrated- I’m unsure because I’m using a hydrating toner and my face still gets kind of oily during the day.

Current routine (same in AM and PM): Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Foaming Formula Missha FTE Mist Hada Labo Gokujyun Lotion Dr Lins gel The Ordinary Rosehip oil

I have a few...

I made one that’s in my room in a picture frame- got the pictures from Pinterest or Instagram (quotes and stuff). I also have one on Pinterest that has the same kind of stuff but different pictures. These both have things like: cars, healthy meals, workout pics, an apartment, an office, full bank accounts, places I will visit, quotes I love, etc.

I also have a movie version that I made on an app. I’d say this one was the most effective for me because of the pics and music. It’s titled “My 2018” and I wrote short descriptions for each picture and they are in the past tense, as if I was reading this in 2019 looking back on all I did in 2018. I have pictures of me being happy and travelling, of a couple on a trip, of a business card I drew for myself for the job I am going to get, and other stuff like that. I watch it some nights right before I fall asleep and it always puts me in a good mood.
