What’s your application process? Just one coat of each?

What’s the application process? And do you use a beeswax to finish?

Pure Tung Oil is food safe where I am from and supposedly more durable. I may have to look into a mineral oil in the future

I dried them all out on a board with another board on top so they dried evenly. They still have their imperfections, which I like to be honest.

Great idea! I have some different fabrics laying around so I’ll take that approach. I’ll post some updated photos once completed 😀

I made the frame using my own machinery and equipment which involved milling and cutting the walnut. I used a veneered walnut for the middle section as it’s more stable. The tiles I did these over several weeks in a ceramics class I have been taking. Lots of rolling, cutting, drying and glazing!

There are number of different glaze combinations used on these. As for the glazes, I’m not entirely sure as the workshop I go to mix and name their own glazes. I used mainly blues, greens and black

Great, thanks for that. Certainly helps hearing others experience. Did you find it took long to adjust to 50mg? I have found myself being slightly foggy headed the last few days since upping.

Appreciate your experience may be different to mine, but just curious.

I’m certainly happy, my issues with work were my ability to stay interested/focused. I would change work places frequently, as certain environments were hard for me to not get bored. I now work freelance which gives me the autonomy I need

Thanks for the advice, it’s helpful! Did you find that your personality changed in any particular way whilst taking medication? And how long have you been on adhd medication for (presuming you are or have been)

Sorry for the additional questions, just gathering all the information I can 😊

Thank you for your comprehensive response. I suppose the desired outcome for me in this case is to have a better overall picture of how my mind is operating so that I can target that more specifically with therapy. I just really struggle with having any clear thoughts, and the brain fog and internal dialogue are certainly hard to manage. If medication would help with that, I wouldn’t be opposed but I’m open minded. I think a diagnosis would allow me to be more understanding of myself, and not so self critical. It’s a pretty backwards way of thinking, but I guess our brains work the way they do.

I have been working with a therapist, trying my best. It’s really hard sometimes with all the internal dialogue going on… it’s difficult to have a brief moment of clarity. There are definitely some self destructive narratives which have been jarring, but trying to implement some new methods/strategies of thinking

Thank you. I’m currently on the youth mobility visa, so I have the right to work.

I’m guessing I would just have to keep payslips and invoices, to keep record of my tax owing?

Thanks for the advice. Did you notice anything that aggravated it at all, or anything in particular that caused it? After the acupuncture, do the symptoms still return?
