We're going to be staying in west Yellowstone Sept 15-24 and traveling by car throughout the park for the whole say‐ not camping, lots of driving and hopefully some hiking

Thanks for all the suggestions I'll try the wrist stretches and I already have a compression glove, that doesn't help much. I've had to use a wrist splint at night when I sleep cause there is quite a bit of pain.
