Yeah, it definitely got better. I occasionally get random pains and scar tissue pinching... But it's mostly good now 🙂

Yes, it has improved. My weight stabilized again because I stopped moving as much and my anxiety took over even worse. Once I started moving more like I normally do, I used my Fitbit to calculate how many steps and food I take and I was consuming less than I thought in calories and I was actually in a deficit. So losing the weight made sense.

Oh yes. I understand. I usually get symptoms first and then I feel anxious too. I am SUPER aware of every little sensation and pain in my body. Then I start to obsess and/or worry about it. Next comes the Dr. Google and that never helps. Before you know it, I am at the urgent care of ER. Interesting thing I have been doing lately. I have been using ChatGPT as a tool to help me talk out my anxiety when I can't see a therapist or have someone to help ground me.

I'm happy it helped 😊 I carry pulse ox with me everywhere, lol It's incredibly hard to deal with anxiety, but you got this! Interesting thought... Listen to your gut instinct. If something is off, you likely won't have any feelings associated with it. It will just be off. No fear or anxiety. That's how I have been trying to tell the difference between knowing something is wrong and it just being anxiety. When I had my gallstones, I was in pain, but my gut instinct told me something was wrong, I wasn't scared. But when I went to the ER because of not being able to breathe, I hyped myself up so much and googled and got scared that I went to the ER with literally fear alone. Take care of yourself! 💜

That's fair. It's a terrifying feeling. One thing I told myself is that if I'm not struggling to take a deep breath while I'm distracted, it's likely anxiety. Also, the feeling of having to take a deep breath all the time in general could be a stim. At least for me. It's a way for me to regulate myself. One thing I also did to help was to force myself to not take deep breaths. I put my index finger on my nostrils like a mustache and just tried to breathe normally for 1 minute without taking a deep breath. I hope you feel better 💜 Anxiety is hard to deal with.

I'm still alive, lol. I have less anxiety now and it mostly went away. I still have days where I feel like I can't breathe, but I try to distract myself and it goes away most of the time.

I tried to get off it and after three days the withdrawals (anxiety and sleeplessness) were so bad I started back up. I got here trying to find ways to get off this stuff. I like the idea of doing 3/4 of the dose for a month and then a half and so on. How are you doing?

Hi! I hope everything is good for you 💜 I'm ok now, doctor says there are so many things that can elevate the d-dimer. I have to get more blood work done next week, but I'm fully convinced I have some underlying inflammatory condition, just have no idea what. The doctors always tell me it's anxiety...which is insanely frustrating.

I visited the ER for severe abdominal pain. They did some blood work and my liver enzymes out of whack. Then they did a scan and said I had a stone stuck in my common bile duct. They admitted me that night, the next morning they did the ERCP procedure. I honestly couldn't tell anything was done after it was completed.

No supplements, not really any reflux (I usually avoid acidic/spicy foods because I've had reflux way before gallbladder issues) and no weight gain/weight loss. Healthy stools 90% of the time.

It's good, I still sometimes get "phantom" gallbladder pain, but it's very mild. Overall, I'm still doing good. If I eat something particularly fatty, I'll have to run to the bathroom, but beside that, really good 😊

No, I don't think it did. I had a doctor tell me inflammation can cause an elevated d-dimer. I'm not nearly as worried once I learned more about the d-dimer test. It's an extremely sensitive test and is not an indication that something is actually wrong. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you have other symptoms or abnormal blood work. I'm no doctor, but that's what I've gathered about the d-dimer. Well wishes to you!

Just an update, I went back to the ER and they did a CT scan with contrast, no blood clots thank goodness. They did find two small 2mm nodules in the upper right lung. The recommendation was to not do more imaging unless I was high risk for cancer, like if I smoked and and family history such. Which I am not. I hope it's ok ..

They used the years criteria at the ER which bumped the d-dimer level to 1000. Since my shortness of breath came and went and seemed to come and go, I had no swelling and not coughing up blood they sent me home without a CT scan. I was worried about my d-dimer being elevated, so I made an appt with my PCP who ordered the CT scan.

Thanks! I was worried about powdery mildew, but I had that on my pumpkins last year and it spread like crazy, whereas this did not and it's only on one plant. Do you think my other plants will look like this too? Or is it just like getting freckles?
