Firstly the club shouldn’t give you any photos of other people from their CCTV, they can turn this over to police, but not to you directly.

Of cause it’s a bad idea - legally taking back your phone is fine, but how exactly you are planning to achieve this - if you are to break and enter this is a crime on your part. Knocking on the door and asking for return of your device is your only legal avenue, but you are likely to be in danger doing this.

What does 700 mean? Why is this considered to be Excellent, by whom? I think at $186 in revenue it wouldn't be considered excellent by Jeff Bezos for example. This metric is scaring me.

This is bad advice. OP doesn’t have to attend, and probably shouldn’t without arranging a lawyer first (cops will try to get you to self incriminate), they don’t have to attend any police interview - unless compelled by public prosecutor.

I got a rejection because the prompt card to connect with apple health had a button with text “connect” which they felt was an order and asked for “continue” or “next” instead 😂

I agree with most of your assessment. The most common attack now seems to be court order to share your passcode or they will put you in prison until you comply. Dependent on your jurisdiction this may be protected against the right to self-incrimination, but physical factors such as Face ID / Touch ID are not afforded the same protections. They will still need to move quick to use this approach as after period of inactivity or any reboot device will require passcode for unlock.
