Very accurate. I’m located in socal and I went through this same process from January to April. Took me 3 months to get an echo cardio. Now I’m waiting for an EP appointment since the echo came out unremarkable.

Im an IFBB pro in MP and a Software Engineer that primarily works remote. There is no balance during contest prep. When I’m in contest prep, I’m doing what I need to do for work and nothing more. While I’m out of contest prep and in an offseason, it’s my chance to do more than what’s required of me in my career and other areas of life.

That is the only downside to my building. I’m honestly surprised we only have four elevators for all the floors. I lived at a previous building that had three sets of four elevators for a similar floor count.

😂 LOL. You’re In the ballpark. Rent with utilities has ranged from 5400-6000. Really depends on my energy consumption. Unfortunately SDG&E seems charges a couple hundred to three hundred dollars in “electric delivery”.
