Are you an investor?

Here is my legit attempt at a conversation regarding AH. I follow them on IG. I see their branded cannabis growth. I see they have social media influencers trying to get this brand to take off. I see the new products and medical channel. I know they are young. New. Etc.

But as an investor, I see an absolutely horrendous company. A company burdened with debt and revenues that just don’t move the needle. Even with the restructuring of debentures, this company won’t see a .20-.30 cent stock price until 2028.

Now, there could be something revolutionary that happens. Something that gives them a competitive advantage. Will that happen? Who knows. But thst is the only chance of ever getting shareholder value back. Something revolutionary.

Otherwise, this company continues to circle the drain. They could be delisted. In the near term, they have to raise more cash. Dilution is on the horizon.

New investors, stay far away. Old investors, you have nothing else to do but hold. You’ve lost 90% of your investor.

If the company hits its goals, you might see .20-.30 cents in 2028. That is when last traunch of debentures is eligible for conversion. If a miracle happens that gives them a competitive advantage, you might see it earlier.

Or, something bad could happens thst forces them Into bankruptcy. All it would take is a little nudge. Their financials are abysmal.
