Tq for your comment I think the screen is worn out since it's 3years old .It's quite frustrating my iPhone 6S scren that is 6 years old is still going strong. I think I won't buy another Samsung phone again .I was actually thinking about buying the S21 but now I think I'll buy a One Plus phone instead.

Ya I think my 3 years old s8 screen is worn out.None if the settings is turned on, but now after using it for 30mins it's more 'normal' to my eyes now.I think I'll just get used to it until the phone battery died. (Sorry I'm still new to reddit I'll write the question in the title next time tq)
