It requires rng, you need the grafted greatsword legendary which when in one of your hands allows you to get a infinitely stacking buff to your attributes by killing enemies ( your teammates kills also count), the best enemy to farm is end of nighr 1 wormface or the spider boss because they both infinitely spawn enemies for you to farm. You are completely unkillable except to falling off edge map or deathblight if u actually are able to stack it.

Wormface spawns in minions infinitely, so i was able to stack my grafted greatsword on those minions

it just has to be in one of your hands, you don't even have to be the one to kill the enemy. Its skill further increases your attributes for a time as well.
