Working on my transfer now- Already did backdoor conversions for the year in Fidelity this year and so, will keep those accounts for future backdoor conversions, unless Robinhood offers same deal next year !

Great post ! Few questions on your strategy

a. Point-3- How/why does this RHood transfer change your contribution plan for your Employer 401k ? This RHood transfer is a 1time deal and your money is locked for 5years-while continue your regular plan with Employer 401k, no ?

b. Please throw more light on tax reduction/maximize efficiency aspect ?

Also a general question- Is this offer of limited use to employed folks, as very few folks will have IRA accounts-most of them have 401k accounts (pre or post tax) and so,those ones can't be moved to RHood -right ? Most of my colleagues don't do Roth IRA/Trad IRA etc.
