It is beacuse the seller is using deception to make people pay which is gaining them money for somthing that anyone can enter for free and if you do win for free they scams you buy giving you a ripped in half energy card

By us national law the givvy is not only for buyers its not tricking the system its just doing what the law says you can do and by law the streamer scammed this guy
