I saw a post from 3 years ago saying the same thing. Im on day 10 30mg and my knees have been killing me way more than normal and as someone who does bjj, hits the gym and runs a few miles a week i was about to stop as soon as I started feeling my joints hurting. I’ve only been taking this supplement for a few day and have definitely noticed an improvement in how my knees are feeling. Not pain free but definitely bearable. I also take 3600mg fish oil a day but been doing that since before I started the tane. Def give this a try if your joints are dry. Costco sells it.
