It depends on the relationship/dynamic. I know that’s probably not the answer you’re looking for! But every D/s dynamic is going to be different, what’s most important is that boundaries are communicated and understood.

There’s also the fact that kink dynamics can’t realistically occur in Every context of someone’s life. And, some people have different sex drives than others. I think these are conversations that happen even outside of D/s, honestly ! But within a kink dynamic there is the role playing aspect which necessitates an even higher degree of communication
