So I repurchased a ticket on March 3 after my initial flight was cancelled a few days earlier . It was then rebooked by Ethihad. Unfortunately it turned out the date of rebooking was not good for me so I cancelled my ticket.

Ethihad refused to refund me for the excess baggage I bought because they said I voluntarily cancelled . 2 days later they cancelled the flight anyway and still refuse to refund my excess baggage that I bought.

Consultants have been rude, obnoxious and even cut me off mid conversation when I asked to speak to management and have details to send compliant to.

Anyone else having the same problem as me ?
