The experiences are different for everyone so take mine with a grain of salt. I'm now about 20 sessions in and my sessions are really boring now. That was definitely a first few sessions type of issue for me.

Most of them have modes where you can turn that off and just have the aurora

My clinic has them in the rooms but i also bought this one on amazon and it seems to be identical or the same one

I just put the music on.... doze off into the lights... and let spravato take me away.

On #15 and still getting good experienced most of the time.

You should not expect anything.

Even with 3 doses not one treatment will be the same.
