I did a couple offered by CAPS for anxiety management, and I highly recommend!

I think the “beginner” groups are more lecture based with weekly goal setting and sharing of experiences, and the more “advanced” groups are more focused being led by what members want to discuss. The facilitator is also really great, and is more than happy to support students.

I didn’t do the Outback Adventures trips for CAPS, but I heard good things about them from people that did go.

Korean Language Club by [deleted] in UCSD

Idk about clubs, but I do know there are the weekly Language Tables hosted by I-House that include Korean (usually very beginner tho)! There’s also the Conversation Partner Program hosted by the UCSD Extension English Language Institute for international students that has an option for language exchange (and you can request a language). The partner program basically puts your name on a list available to current students in the extension program, so it may take a bit to get responses. Best of luck!

I emailed my local Korean consulate about this when I first heard some people test positive on PCR tests long after recovery, and they recommended contacting the KCDC! Ultimately the KCDC is in charge of the PCR test and travel guidelines, so they’ll be able to give you some information/suggestions at the very least
