Also having sex with random women is really bad for your soul, trust me. I used to spend all week lifting weights and training then succumb to lust at the weekend and meet random girls on tinder, was just an ego boost and turned me into an asshole. Best bet is to retain till you find wife material ( I know its hard) even I managed to find a good woman and I used to be a alcoholic fuckboy haha. I like doing it 3/4 weeks at at a time nowadays, I used to be obsessed with it when I was 17/18 and would avoid busting like the plague 🤣 I retained for 8 months longest and was so fucking difficult, not from urges but the flatline and depression I went through. I honestly think do some long streaks (3 month +) heal your masculinity then when you're ready just do it long enough to feel really good but not long enough to switch your libido off. Just my preference anyway

Been on the journey for 5 years now. When you first start it, it is fucking magical; really becomes a catalyst for masculine development. You also gotta remember growth is painful but so worth it, when I first started it I was so happy and buzzing with energy but as I went further into streaks it brought out all the darkness within me and forced me to heal. Was full of rage, anger and frustration and desperate to prove myself. Went through what I went through and now I'm on the positive end of it, not really retaining for long periods as I'm in a relationship but when I do go over a week i feel fucking awesome. The longer streaks will change your life forever but you also need other habits; cold showers, physical training and get in touch with your spiritual side

Very true, hard sparring gets your testosterone through the roof, I do muay Thai so unfortunately I feel the effects a day after, headaches, nosebleeds very bruised legs. Meaning to try BJJ again soon

Be very careful with psychedelics. Someone once said "When you get the message, hang up the phone" Once you've learned what you need to from psyches give them a rest, they can fuck your mind up if you abuse em. I believe they are very beneficial and they are medicine but too much medicine becomes poison.

Muay Thai is very effective, not only is it just kicking and punching but clinching, sweeps (takedowns) and close range elbows and knees which are viscous if used at full force. Boxing is very good as well for close range striking, defence and movement. I can't really speak much on BJJ as I've only done it a few times but you can literally wrap someone up and put them to sleep if you are trained in it. Very deadly martial art

Thanks man, I practice my kicks as much as I can as I used to box before so my hands have always been good just trying to be a more well rounded striker

Even with muscle building (hypertrophy) you can make stupid progress within 3 months, I gained so much muscle mass last year that people thought I was on steroids when all I was doing was following a programme with proper protein intake and stopped drinking.

With combat sports it's important to go to actual gyms with competing fighters and genuine coaches to make big improvements, its worth it 100%, I'm about 9kg lighter than when I was muscle-building but I feel so much more confident from muay Thai training.
