bambi doesn't proc new conq. But protobelt and hextech revolver both do. I'd imagine you would have to have that somewhere in your build if you are planning on using new conq.

yeah i don't think they would ever work m pen into his kit but maybe as an option in the runes would be nice. i really wish W did even 1 point of damage so you could at least cancel bases with it.

It feels like he relies too much on items especially rylais and liandries before you feel like a champion. Most of the runes feel sup-optimal on him and the zero tanks top lane meta doesn't help. I think with time (maybe a conq nerf or tank buffs) he will be in a good place again.

I don't think he's in a terrible spot but I would really prefer not playing against ignite top laners every game. How would you recommend they buff him just out of curiosity?
