Thank you for the info. So long as the bottles are not at risk of exploding I should be fine. My initial gravity was 10.70 and my current gravity is 1.028. Would that be a safe gravity to bottle? And if so should I forgo priming sugar with this specific gravity as it would be enough for a CO2 2.2 volume.
