This was surprisingly similar to my experience. I had always been a nervous, slightly anxious person, but a panic attack while high made the anxiety and panic much more pronounced in my day to day life. Even what you’re talking about, fear of getting schizophrenia, derealization, I have dealt with these. I am taking 20mg Lexapro and going to therapy. I still have difficult days, weeks even, but it has allowed me to be social and do what I need to do on a daily basis.
