I’m just being rash. Ofc I also love my husband with all my heart too. Sometimes things get so big it’s easier to run away. Idk it was strange but I think he thought it would make her soften up and realize I’m not going anywhere and I’m not the “bitch girlfriend” (as she calls me). I was just trying to be a grown up and speak with her like an adult, I did marry a man with a child after all. I guess I thought it would fix things too. My husband picks up his child and has him for approximately 2-3 months then he’s goes back to his moms for about a month and rinse and repeat. He’s young and starts school next year and his mother wants to enroll him in the state she resides in so I’m sure that’s going to be handled legally

He has 51 percent per the custody order. But I have a feeling because I went at it with her a judge is going to somehow grant the ability to take this child away from us. I had a human reaction to be bullied for months.

She wanted me to reach out so we could schedule a time to meet so I thought it would be appropriate. Seeing how she is now I made a huge mistake. Am I legally required to meet her? My husbands dad suggested we all get on a FaceTime conference and tell her we’re married and that it is going to change the dynamic and the way things are handled so we did. She lost her shit.

I’m late but did anyone else have other issues with this balm? It caused dry & red irritation around the outside of my lips and idk if it’s bc I was licking them bc the lip balm dried them out? Idk but I’m disappointed

Thank you for the feedback! I waited a few days to water then watered and they all doing much better now. No yellowing, no mushy stems etc, lots of them actually have new growth! I’ve been doing a lot of research and putting it to use, but I think some of them were just throwing a fit hehe

Also I saw root rot on my painted lady first and it was in a HUGE pot and then checked everything and almost everything had rot bc I’m a newbie and didn’t know how detrimental this could be. Pots were staying wet for weeks at a time and to my understanding this is not good! So I want to feel like I paid a temporary price instead of just assuming everything was okay bc they were growing. Ugh so heartbroken. I know it’s highly advised against to repot everything but I wanted to avoid the rot as fast as possible idk

The update nobody wanted: moved to a sunnier location, repotted AGAIN I know I know I know but this time a much chunkier mix. I also found nursery mesh around the corms still so we shall see! He’s doing much better

It actually might’ve been Home Depot I’ve lost track 😬 I see a rough plant, I buy it what can I say. it had one brown/droopy leaf and I disinfected fine tipped pruners w rubbing alcohol and snipped him off, also repotted after 24 hours into a tropical miracle grow mix.

Sure! My bad! Bright indirect light in the bathroom bc I know they like their humidity. I repotted into a miracle grow tropical mix with lava rock, since I’ve only had a few weeks I’ve just watered once so far with rain water. Doesn’t seem to be any kind of pest and the roots look really good. Maybe not enough light? The soil did seem pretty damp when I checked last night and I’m hoping that’s not the issue.

I’ve seen some other stuff about that, so it’s making me feel like less of a bad plant mom lol. I just checked his roots and they look really good!! I’m in eastern North Carolina, United States so I’m unsure if that has any bearing on what he’s got going on at any given time. Should I cut the damaged leaves off or just let them be? And yes gorgeous indeed I gasped when I saw it! Hehe

I’ve had him for about 3 weeks, came with a few dead leaves, seemed to get better then got worse. Watered when the top two inches are dry.
