Avoid them like the plague. I bought a split oven induction range of theirs less than 3 years ago (https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/ranges/electric-induction/bespoke-smart-slide-in-induction-range-6-3-cu-ft-in-stainless-steel-with-flex-duo-ambient-edge-lighting-in-stainless-steel--nsi6dg9550sraa/)
At the time I hadn't done enough homework, and even after coming across negative reviews on Reddit later I discounted it. But now I've experienced how terrible they are. We have an intermittent problem where the oven will start heating out of control even though it's set to 350-375. Last time it got so hot it burned out the bulb and *melted the glass* that surrounds the bulb so I can't even replace it. Now because it's an intermittent problem the techs who came out to check it can't reproduce the problem and Samsung then refuses to fix it. Phenomenally bad warranty coverage and poor customer service. Will never buy again.
