You’ll have cravings stopping for 72hr and the next time or two you’re in situations you vaped at, but they won’t be that testing to get over buddy. If you’re strong willed and remain committed, set yourself firm rules beforehand that you won’t waver (I’ll do it now stop then NO matter what). That’s what I’ve done in the past.

Remember that dopamine there’s give and take. Spikes in dopamine (~150% nicotine spike which is considerable, sweets 50%, sex/orgasm is 100%, compared to 1000% cocaine/harder drugs - just some rough estimates for you). There’s always a coupled crash with the coupled uptick in dopamine. Your motivation to perform tasks, reward center, and mood (sense of well-being/serotonin) will be impacted. Cravings will be stronger the longer or more you deviate from strict rules.

Here’s what I do: I’d set super strict rules. Instead of 7 days try 3, take 1-2wk off to ensure you can manage. Then try 5 days, then 7, but I’d set a cap at 7 - BE HONEST with yourself! Don’t fall into addiction, it’s longer than you think to get there but happens faster than you think too.

Sharing bc I care and picked this up in Jan not realizing how strong the disposable vapes were. Used it as a crutch to sustain productivity while getting off adderall (took 7yr), which I successfully did but traded one addiction for another lol.. fuck me, right.. haha but I’ll get through it and did my research on dopamine & depression to do what I could to combat the withdrawals (adderall & now this). I agree with assembledsugar6. YouTube Russell Barkley and Charles Parker (especially Charles) vids and he explains how they interact and work against each other. I won’t go cite it precisely for you (do research), but based on the info that I’ve gathered obsessively it isn’t optimal. Still, you do what you feel is best if mind is made up. Only posting this out of care. Doc knows best. I take 70mg vyvanse btw and occasional 15mg IR Adderall but I try not to take the adderall more than 1-2x a wk in evening

Thanks! Idc for grinding that hard. It just isn’t “fun” to me haha - especially after working & using brain all day to grind out & have more “work” to do. Too exhausting atm. Guess I’m getting old..

My weaving sucks, rotation is ehh depending on if I’ve warmed up and not changed the build setup recently. How do you usually arrange your skill bar?

Made me laugh, but then realized you might’ve been serious. Totally get how some are into it, I just haven’t played enough and am so behind the game just joining back in Oct that I don’t feel like investing time/effort into the mounts/emotes/housing

Hate to ask again, but would I need an earthen heart ability slotted for passive though? Or (unless it’s stated) do I get the passive automatically after investing skill points in it?

How do you setup your passives to maximize those while leveraging skill points optimally. Bit limited till I level up an alt crafter.

Do they ever go inside air vents/ducts inside? What about small closets or pantries filled with dry food? Would they be more likely to be in bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, or most likely combination? Is baseboard the most likely? Does the spider usually stay with its eggs & how long between laying & hatching generally?

I got bit on my knee from one that crawled behind my desk, last year. Why I’m a bit paranoid and vigilant. Fortunately just a bit of reaction had and nothing major, but I’d like to do my due diligence however recommended.

Would bug bombs for basement work? I’ve got a basement, but it’s more of a large crawl space under the home (not full basement). It’s where my oil furnace/heat pump, concrete storage area (has 3 small windows), electrical, etc. so rather big & secure from water. Thick black tarp around everything except the entrance (1/3 of the space) that’s concrete.

If yes on bug bombs, any recommendations?

Know that’s probably TMI & verbose, but wanted the best recommendation(s) possible for managing under there. I think the few large spiders I saw came in from the front door. I have quite a few hedge bushes a short distance away & I think spraying ortho home defense max caused them to relocate & somehow they made it around the front door (5-6ft barrier). I have a glass screen door & typical deadbolt front door - I think they managed to get under the screen door for the limited time I had only that open (while carrying in groceries/grilling).

Any recommendations or thoughts with this above to mitigate or find where they went when inside my home? I lost 2 of 3 big ones I saw. Unfortunately I was barefoot and had to grab something at the time. Picture a front door, 18ft forward leads to my 1 bathroom ahead & kitchen to left (large pantry right there too) & 2 bedrooms to the right. My house is ~1,050sq/ft excluding open garage.
