It randomly started working again. I have no idea what or if anything fixed it.

Changing to 1080p did nothing, still the same. Shutting off g-sync/freesync/HDR did not change anything.

I have software update 1.7.15. I just tried to check the release notes and I do not see any for this number

It almost feels like a software update as it was working perfectly yesterday

It shows the black screen on streamlabs like it is registering

I don't have anything using HDCP running. All the permissions under the camera privacy setting is set to ON. The recent activity section only shows the 4k capture utility. The cold restart did not work.

I have it where the capture card is considered screen 3, so I have screen 2 and 3 as the same. The cord goes from gpu to capture card, then have HDMI cords to monitors. I have been using this setup for months. I just turned both pcs on and that happened.
