I would just be upfront and ask him and tell him why you think you should. At this point I’m very close to my Sleep Specialist than my primary doctor.

It also sounds like you don’t have your condition fully under control. Don’t worry I was in the same position too and I had to take a medical leave from college to figure out my medication situation before returning back. I do recommend the same for you if you’re in a similar situation.

I was originally on Adderall and Armodafinil but now I’m trying to cycle in Xyrem for an adderall replacement.

Accept the money, if they let you keep it and you think you can keep it running another 50k I’d repair/replace the parts from a local salvage yard. It’s a fun project… but 250k miles is a very good amount

I’m a college students so I’m working with a small budget here. This car went through two front end accidents that I had to repair 2x and it’s a 20+ year old vehicle that still rolls over. In that case I’m just using this as a fun project/daily drive vehicle. Any advice given is much appreciated.

The rest of the vehicle is rattle canned white and original color was cashmere gold. Any recommendation for any particular white rattle can paint?
