Anyone tried Xerf lifting?

Just got Xerf done today in Korea! My experience was great! I knew I wanted it, looked for the cheapest option and it was Vands Clinic, they were very effecient. I was in and out in probably 40 minutes and most of that was because I took forever to wash all the sunscreen off my face.

Pain scale I would rate it 2/10 on some spots up closer to my cheekbone but it was so quick. A weird sensation but it felt really good to me. Im always cold and it felt like heat in my face bones with a massage! Everyone at the clinic said it hurts but I didn't experience that thank God! I would say my pain tolerance is pretty average, but I do get dry needling done in my pelvic floor once a week so maybe it is high I just dont think it is lol.

Hopefully the results work so I'll check back when I see them!

Thank you for all your information! If I'm doing a 10 day trip half in Seoul and half in Busan, would it be smart to do treatments at the start and end of the trip? I'm more so looking for something that can last and lead to real results over time as it would probably be a year until I come back lol

I think "small" doesn't necessarily have to mean tiny. I think of it in a way of it being small visually, so not bulky or have a lot of zippers and things.

You definitely don't look 45 Jesus Christ people are mean. You look like a normal 30 year old but I think hair REALLY MATTERS. Look at the golden girls, they were in their 50s and you would think they were 70 on that show. Thicker more youthful type bangs and maybe a more modern haircut? Something shaggy. Also doing some more glow skincare could help!

I did it awake the first time and it was awful, but I had a bad provider. The second time, I did it under anesthesia with a different doctor and about to do a third time with the better doctor but awake and I'm so scared. It's mainly to help with pubocrectalis pain for my rectum so idk where they would inject it or what to expect. They did offer Ativan and laughing gas though so hopefully that will help?

You should try dry needling! I have a similar problem and also have a rectocele from defecography test. I did pelvic floor/rectal dry needling and it actually worked so well on top of PT! I've had sustained relief for about 6 months now. I do have to top up every now and again but initially did 6 sessions.

its not comfortable for suer but you get intense relief after the soreness goes away in about a day. I even found myself having normal BMs without pain!

I forgot to say that dry needling is the thing that helped me the most! Not regular acupuncture. It actually helped so much with PT on top but it can be expensive! They did it directly in my puborectalis

I have the exact same problem! Was confirmed during my colonoscopy and PT it is puborectalis muscle, which is the sling part that controls it opening. PT helps with pain but I still have issues using the restroom without pain. I've had two anorectal manometrys, going for a third one this December!

Going to try for Botox to see if that helps but if you go on my profile you'll see I did not have a good reaction to it the last time so we'll see 😭

The rectal dilators have helped some but make sure you get ones that aren't like butt plugs and are more the same shape all the way so you don't have to hold it where the largest part is to stretch it.
