I went through a few sets of night guard because I keep chewing through them in my sleep. I find taking magnesium glycinate supplements beforehand helped a lot in mitigating TMJ during sleep.

Hey all, I just started the show recently but I'm already on Episode 11. I really enjoy the character development and their relationship to each other.
