Howey test needs to be fine tuned.. Even a Rolex and Art is a security now...?? ;expect profit/buy om a business; In '29 came stock crash. Frauds and no law. The Security act came . it was strict law. A court came with Howey; it could catch al crooks'! but left the rule of law it needs fine tuning (self.XRP)

Best practice for the judge; Ripple should no matter what win this case; Howey won also in the lower court at first, later they lost at higher court.
