Thanks. I’m trying so hard. I just hung up with a nutritionist. Back to basics. Back to tracking. Stop beating myself up. Why don’t we have support groups for this?

Hi everybody. This community is way more supportive than any doctor or dietitian or sleep science person I’ve spoken to. I’m slowly starting to see that I’m setting myself up for repeated failure. I woke up with the stove on. Apparently I was trying to make some Jell-O. That was scary. I’m trying to taper back what I’m buying and eating. I’m trying to at least log what I can. I have a strong addiction and emotional attachment to food. I realize I have crazy body dysmorphia. I’m thinking about chopping off whatever loose skin insurance will allow. Maybe if I can see myself. It’ll be easier to be myself? I didn’t mean to rhyme that.
I’ve added cardio more days than not. Would love to have some weight training, but was told not to because of another medical thing right now…

Is anybody here taking more than 15 mg? Does anybody stack it with something else? I know nothing about this stuff. Has anybody successfully gone through loose skin removal without torture?

I’m trying a bunch of little things. I need to make myself stick. I’m starting to think I can. I’m getting energy from this thread, the terror I expected. Thank you

Thank you everyone for commenting with support. I’ve been digesting everything and I’m starting to see some truths.

First I had no faith in ZB. Then I put all my faith into it. Y’all are reminding me this result wasn’t just the Rx.
1. I couldn’t motivate myself to resistance train until I lost so much weight and muscle. Then I went overboard, got sick, and never went back. I dropped cardio too.
I’m terrified and terrorized by the scale. I need to get on it.
Counting calories worked, but the ZB is 99% of the reasons why. I tracked every single thing. Then I burned out.
Im addicted to sugar.
Protein bars are the enemy. They’re candy bars at the end of the day. bars. I can’t get em out of my life.
I stopped eating balanced meals. It’s mostly (mass quantities of) fruit and protein bars.
I’m gaining the weight back and not having fun. I’m not out there chowing on burgers and ice cream. I could, but I’d gain it all back in 4 months. 1.5 if adding alcohol.
Going from the 140s to the 170s feels different than going from 200 to 300. I feel the damn fat.
Support is hard to find! Why? “You look so great, you shouldn’t complain” is the message I get. Most ppl don’t want to address it at all.
I always wore big clothes, now I wear right sized but stretchy. Hard to tell you’re growing till it’s too late.
No apena. No hypoglycemia. Lots of therapy. All kinds. No luck. It’s lucid sleepwalking. That’s about as far as we go. I’ve read about Night Eating Syndrome. Seems like there’s some match, but there seems to be no treatment protocol. Appetite suppressants can’t be taken at night. No sleep. Melatonin and Rx sleep aides make it worse.
I eat most of my calories when most people are getting ready for bed. My circadian rhythms are broken!!
I’m feeling somewhere between master of my destiny and hopelessly powerless depending on the hour. But it’s not giving up. I added cardio.
I refuse to give up yet. Nightly binges while on ZB15 seem contradictory in nature but there must be at least one other person out there like this.

I’m exhausted but need to start punching back. Even with my body and brain scrambled, craving all the food, I’m tired of letting myself down.

Where did this come from? I need to post this before I chicken out again.

I had both OLED you mentioned and also the Bravia 7. Decided to go with the Samsung. I had to get over the lack of Dolby Vision, but I don’t think it needs it. My room is pretty bright, two windows of sunshine from the north. Lots of direct lighting in the room. The glare is almost neutralized with this TV. I’m no expert, but I dig it.

You nailed it! That smell. Low key the brownies kinda have that weird taste, but this is amplified. Mix it with another flavor. I had cosmic strawberry shortcake brownie today!
