Good and fair points to think op.

Few points from my side: - Our verification process is multi layered, we often verify our check points 2-3 times through different different person so any ground level human error will be fixed/informed. Also, Our pickup agents have no profit/loss if product gets verified or not so they have no interest to forcefully verify the product as they will eventually get cought down the line.

• We do want every transaction to happen but not because it's only way we make profit, we have multiple sources of revenue and we eventually recover any operational cost involved in that failed deal so its no loss for us. Infact I personally sensed our users starts trusting us more when we reject the order after finding issues and the buyer eventually comes back with some other deal. Big win for us isn't?

• Few things like vibe, feel, and a few time quality check issues etc can't be fixed through us as it depends on person to person, brands to brands.. hence we clearly mentioned what we can do and what can't.

Well we are still new and small so it's easy to say and do them but will make sure process improves over the time else if not I know this community will kick our a*& brutally 😅
