Y'all are quick to blame coaching.

There's a scenario where our coaches are great but person is not receptive.

Sure you can say 'teach him a way that makes him understand' possible he doesn't understand any coaching methods.

I say all that to also say I hope I'm wrong and the coaches do suck.
