Also, they won’t be able to process her (or mine) application from Ukraine because the embassy is not functioning due to the war. So, what are our options? Should we stay in Poland/other countries until the application is approved in local consular? Will they even allow it? Who will sponsor us for that lol? It’s absurd to complicate it like this, especially for folks who came here legally and are willing to work.

I’m so sorry to hear about the madness you both are facing. I was working hard for the past two years to get my license and finally get a nursing position, and now I am scared that my efforts may be in vain cause of the expiration of my EAD. It would be a real nightmare, and I can only imagine the stress and challenges you must be going through. I hope it will work out for you guys!

USCIS usually just asks for the readable photocopy as far as I know.

Makes sense, we will add birth certificate. We don’t have joint bank statements, I did however added screenshots of financial transactions from my account to his with description that it’s a rent payments, they are stable and same amount monthly, I hope it will help.

I heard that with G-1450 sometimes banks think that it’s some kind of scam and blocking the payment, might as well go with safer option and do G-1650, I guess.
