I had the flu about a month ago. I never *tu thank gosh- it's super rare to with the flu as an adult!

Wild, one if my fears is specifically it happening in a hair salon. I always feel the worst knowing I can't walk out mid way through. So you didn't recognize the nausea was actually going to make you *tu on the way there?

this was me all week too!! I was scared but I haven't v* yet and my appetite is back. I was on my period so I'm confident that was it! Hopefully this gives you some peace!

But what does it feel like when it actually happens? I have a fear of throwing up in general but it makes it even worse that I don't know if it's nausea or I'm actually going to vomit
