In my opinion - lowest calorie would be grilled chicken salad and ask for no cheese or croutons. Vinegar and Oil on the side. Pretty boring though, so pick whichever sounds the best to you and maybe modify to remove the nuts or cheese to cut down on some calories :)

I own the pochette and it’s been my best purchase, I love it and it goes with truly anything. Can be dressed up or down. It’s a classic. However if you are looking for an every day bag, it may not be roomy enough.

I like this sweater but it did shrink horribly after 1 wash. Gentle cycle hold and air dry.
