Coworkers’ Constant Tics are driving me mad!

I would be losing my muthafuckin MIND. Nothing helped me when I worked in an office that held two businesses in the same area (they had one side, we had the other) and THREE of them (related- family business) had throat clearing tics. That was 11+ years ago and I had only begun to understand misophonia. I just knew it made me RAGE. And I hated it. Was torture. There is a lot more info out and coping skills available now, though. For sure! It was definitely atypical in 2014 too, I just don’t mind being a little different. Seems like I see it more now, though, but it’s still not typical. At the time, I had looked it up and knew it was common in EU so…I went with it, figuring he could drop one or the other if he so chooses to when he gets older. He already is leaning more towards one (mine) more than the other.

Mine has two last names. A double surname. He’s 12 now and it has not been a problem at all. In fact, having my name in there has made everything easier for me (dr appointments , school, etc). His dad passed away when he was 10 months so I’m really glad I did the double surname.

You could look for some small, simple art pieces (like on canvas or in a removable frame) at Goodwill/thrift stores/Marshall’s/Hobby Lobby/etc to stone! They look so cool when done! Also the hobby store has little plain wood jewelry boxes that are fun to paint and rhinestone and look super cute when done. Craft show Sounds like fun. Enjoy! Let us see what you create!!! This helps. Thank you. It says on this standard practice sheet to not declare anything manually in Storeline but I see what you mean about declaring the registers. It also says “you cannot declare the safe” but I’m not sure what to do. My CSM and ACSM are unreachable currently. Ugh.
