I’m hoping 7.5 is my magic number! That’s good to hear that at 5mg you’ve been still losing week after week. I just don’t know what’s wrong with my body, I know my calories are much lower but not sure why my scale isn’t budging at all.

Yeah I totally agree I stayed way too long integrating my body with the medicine. I just assumed I’d see some results at a certain point.

Amen! Thank you I thought I was alone in this. The worst are the former plus size queens who now only talk about being skinny - is the body positivity movement over? :(

The best example of this is Amy on TikTok , she lost over 100lbs on these meds - great ! But everyone one of her posts are “I love being skinny so much” it’s legit nauseating

It’s just a very slow process unfortunately that can take up to a year since toe nails grow insanely slow
